Why Changing Your Blogging Format Can Disrupt Your Flow
I promised myself when I started my blogs that I would be consistent. I had a format, but life happened, and I decided to change my format.
Don’t change what works. Stick with your format. If you switch things up, it throws you off kilter.
I’m sticking to my format. I’ll dictate my thoughts. Then I’ll edit them in Word. This helps me get things out of my head and to you faster. Trying to write it out, type it out, and then edit it does not work. It holds up the process of me getting my messages out. I can’t work that way.
I’m going back to all the things I created before I started my blog. I want to share my work with you. It’s been nearly a month since my last post. I have a pile of half-finished blogs. I’ll dictate the rest so I can finish them. Life’s been busy. Every time I start, something happens.
It’s just been a lot. My family has had medical issues, one son wants to change schools, but Yahweh. I thank Yahweh Rapha. My oldest son is doing better. The transfer happened; I’ll share more about it later. Life keeps moving, but I’m still here.
I repeat, I didn’t start my blogs to drop them. I have a timetable and a mission.
I have books to release, a conference to hold, and programs to launch. All things I must start to tell you about. A journey and process I want to share with each of you, for it has been a roller coaster.
Here is a tip for you. When you know what works, stick with it. Have a program. Understand what is successful. Stop trying to reinvent the wheel. Stay with what’s working.
Eliminate what’s not working. Don’t waste time on things that don’t work or keep trying new techniques—stick with what works. Stop delaying, derailing, and frustrating yourself, which is unnecessary.
